Upon arrival, we were informed that we'd need to pay an additional $40 per night for a room with 2 queen beds, which was not ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The service was friendly during checkout, but they didn't address our concerns after the first night. The location was convenient but lacked nearby attractions aside from some stores. The dining options were limited to coffee bars and granola bars, which was a letdown. However, the hotel featured a full kitchen and a separate sitting area, even though it was a bit cluttered between uncleanliness and missing regular amenities.
